Chapter 240: Love your cries
Teleportation, she had no idea he was capable of doing that but her head was in chaos to care.
It was a beautiful room, but it seemed like a torture chamber as she watched that wicked smirk on his face. The sword fell on the floor making sharp clanking sounds.
He tilted his head, "are you scared?" He asked her. Abrielle gritted her teeth. Was that a trick question? She was more than scared. Terrified by him.
"I am sorry for bothering you. Let me leave. After all, Callista will be here soon," she answered, being mindful of her words.

"You are scaring me, Cedric," she whimpered, his frame cowering her. Cedric reached out for her face, but she flinched, turning her face to the side. Sparks lit as he traced his finger down her cheeks before grabbing a lock of her hair and twirling in his finger.
"How delightful it is to hear you are scared of the man you married because of a bit of blood. That is nothing, Abrielle. I would not even count it as a glimpse of the true demon I am." He chuckled; as sweet as it sounded, it still made her shake on the inside. He brought her hair to his nostrils, sniffing it like the most intoxicating scent.
"Your fear entices me Abrielle. I am so hopeless that it actually turns me on. Glare at me, my dear. Hit me and glare all you want, it only makes this fun." He chimed. Her throat went dry; he was scary, but why did her inside clench hearing such words?
