The Villianess story: A 100 ways to kill your husband

Chapter 214: Braver

The tension was so thick that it felt like the room was getting dimmer despite being illuminated by candlelights.

The only thing he heard was yes, her gaze was taunting and he felt something snap in him. She admitted having an affair to his face. His rage took over, and he finally could not keep his anger at bay.

He hated his brothers, he hated his family. They always took everything he had and now he was going to lose his radical wife to them. That was not fair.

Cedric didn’t want her to continue, her provocative words were hard to bottle up. His intention was to shut her up when he captured her lips that were etched in his memory.

It still felt how he imagined. Soft and plum it was tempting to chew. She froze and was too stunned to realize the kiss, giving every liberty to kiss her as he wished.

How long he had craved and thought of kissing her during his time away. He craved her presence and the slightest hint she thought of him the same he did. He soon forgot it was meant to be a short kiss when all his suppressed desire resurfaced

He missed her, and it didn’t matter if it was her body or just her presence, but the wait was hard. Imagine the situation he was in to find out the wife he missed was having a great time with his brother.

Was he mad? What he felt was beyond anger, but those emotions disappeared after he saw her. The rage was there, but it was reduced by several degrees. She was affecting him in ways she shouldn’t and he didn’t hate it either.

Abrielle soon snapped out of her daze, when she tasted a faint metallic taste of blood in her mouth. Cedric had bitten her lips drawing out blood.
