SUMMARY:
At xx:xx Am, we received a help signal from PaleWood General Hospital. A soldier was sent immediately to help — but unfortunately, he was too late. He had found a big hole in the middle of the hospital filled with blood and organs of the victims, with decayed bones’ ashes lingering in the air.
The suspected murderer is an elf that calls himself Cecil. He is a member of the Dark Order with an unknown Tier and position. He was confirmed to be an Exalted, with Darkness and blood as his affinities. He always turns his victims into a pool of blood and writes his name on a wall with the victims’ blood — which he did in the hospital.
