Chapter 70: A Family
After waving off the sable Jaguar, which had just dropped her off, Min-Ha entered her home.
A voice greeted her.
"You are late."
She jumped in surprise.
"You scared me!"
In the dark, her parents and younger sister were lounging around. She was expecting them to be asleep, but there they were, waiting for her.
Her father was reading the previous day’s newspaper in the light of the lamp; her mother was watching the TV; and her sister was playing on her smartphone.
"What is going on, Min-Ha?" her mother asked, looking concerned. "You have been coming home late recently."
"Yeah, sis, tell us." Yun-Ha sniggered maliciously. "Who’s the guy you’re fooling around with?"
"Yun-Ha!"
Her mother rebuked her.
