I had been a bit spaced out since I had been cursing the high elf avatar for his school life drama.
He was a handsome high elf that was surrounded by a ton of beautiful elf and high elf girls that were all trying to get his attention.
How could I not be jealous when seeing something like this?
But I pulled myself back to look at Amy before saying with a nod, "Alright, do you want me to lead the way or do you want to bring us in?"
Amy knew that I was being considerate to her, but she shook her head in the end before saying, "There’s no need for that. They should have already received the news, so it would actually be best if you lead the way."
I gave a simple nod without saying anything else.
Either way worked, but there was Amy’s position as the saintess to think about.
Only it didn’t seem like she cared about that with how she gave up the lead to me without hesitation.
Once the carriage arrived, I was the first one that came out.
The priests that had been waiting for us to arrive were surprised to see me come out first.
