Chapter 18: True Colors
"Please, let me eat more," one woman begged, her voice filled with desperation.
More than three weeks passed, so he decided to limit the supply distribution. Otherwise, they would all end up starving to death.
"You can't. You've already had your ration for today, and we don't even know how long we're going to be trapped here."
Normally, she would listen to him, but this time, it was different. Hunger, anxiety, and thirst finally pushed her to the limit.
"Give me food!"
"Give me food!"
She kept pestering him. He pushed her away, but she grabbed onto him harder, desperate and frantic.
Forced to act, he kicked her.
The sound of her fall echoed, and the others, already on edge, saw this as the breaking point. They, too, began to protest.
"I said stop!" He shouted at them, his voice growing more annoyed.
"Why should we?" one of them lashed out, throwing an empty bottle in his direction. "You're starving us and only giving enough food to the other four girls!"
