Chapter 16: Scared Teacher Faye
Yakov frowned when he saw her and said unhappily, "What's so strange about that? I can't go back to my own home, right? Could it be that you're hiding a strange man and are afraid that I'll find out?"
"Stop joking. We have guests. Do you want me to cut some fruit or prepare some tea or coffee?"
The arrogant female teacher was not angry at all when she heard such harsh words. On the contrary, she behaved very virtuously.
Walker attended a public school. He remembered that she only taught for half a year before being transferred to an private high school. It was said that she was able to rise to such a high position because she had an awesome husband.
Everyone believed this statement because Teacher Faye always looked down on others. Although she was not arrogant, she had an air of nobility that kept strangers away.
"Master, this is my wife, the principal of Carlton School," Yakov ignored her and turned around, saying earnestly.
Walker looked as if he didn't recognize him. He just nodded and looked around.
Faye said gently, "Honey, is there something wrong so late?"
Yakov gritted his teeth and said angrily, "Someone is deliberately trying to harm me. Damn, I have a dirty thing on my body. This is my master, who is here to help me deal with that dirty thing."
"Master?" Faye was a little surprised by such a title and said cautiously, "What era is this? Why are you still superstitious? Besides, who could possibly use such dirty things to harm you?"
Yakov sneered, "It's none of your business, just go to sleep. I'll show the master around."
