Morning arrived with the gentle warmth of the sun rising over the horizon, casting golden hues across the camp.
The air smelled of salt and freshly cooked fish, mingling with the dampness of the sea breeze.
Birds cawed in the distance, their cries carried by the wind as students stirred from their tents, rubbing the sleep from their eyes.
Lucas stretched, rolling his shoulders as he stepped out into the open. He wasn't particularly exhausted, but last night had been... entertaining.

She was sitting with a small group of girls, her hands wrapped around a wooden bowl of food.
