"It's different..."
Loryarc was lying on his bed, his eyes clouded by uncertainty.
He remembered what happened when he learned the Skill from the Skill Book. When he compared that to the times he gets skill after skill by kissing the ladies from the Marble Rose House today, the difference was like Heaven and Earth.
When he got the Skill after completing the Kiss Mission, there wasn't any visible change or effect in his body. Meanwhile, after he learned the Skill from the Skill Book, he could certainly feel it, that his body had changed.
It was like a subtle feeling of being healthier and healthier after doing a continuous routine of diets and exercises; the change was small but unmistakable. Loryarc could clearly feel his body had become stronger, with the focus points being his forearms and his back.
What makes the two methods to be different? Loryarc thought and immediately found the answer.
Yes, the System.
He learned a Skill by using the Skill Book, while he 'gained' a Skill by completing the Kiss Mission he created by the power of his System.
Even the categories are different when he looks at his status.
