Chapter 108: INSINUATION
Ranon’s change of expression didn’t go unnoticed by Ema, since her main focus was on him, and seeing him smiling like that enraged her.
She grabbed Ranon’s hand, and the phone fell.
"Why are you like this!? Why couldn’t you love me enough to be with me!? Why didn’t you choose me at that time!? Why didn’t you love me enough to put aside your pride!? Why!?"
Ema was out of control.
"I was not the only one at fault here! It was not completely my fault!"
Ranon didn’t blame her. He didn’t even say anything. He couldn’t care less whose fault it was. It happened seven years ago, and he would rather not waste his time by reminiscing about the past.
"I was there for you! I was there when you were nothing! I was there to support you! But why couldn’t you give me something that I really wanted!? You didn’t treat me well during our time together! Did Hazel know that we used to be together?!"
The cold exterior that Ranon showed to her was too much; Ema became more hysterical.
It bothered her. The way he looked at her was as if he was staring at the dirt on the tip of his shoes.
"Did Hazel know how you used to treat me in the past!? Did she know how you would react even when a man looked in my direction!? You used to be very possessive and overprotective! I couldn’t even breathe near you!" Ema screeched.
Ranon was going to leave, but Ema clutched onto him tightly. He needed to leave right away just in case Hazel decided to commit a murder.
