Aubrey didn’t even realize whose table it was until she saw the name tag on the table. Leighton and Rose. This woman who was talking to her brazenly came from the Rose family.
If that was the case, then...
"Are you Hazel Rose?" Aubrey narrowed her eyes.
"I am flattered you know my name." Well, it’s more because of the fact that Aubrey didn’t seem to pay attention to anything related to their father’s underground business. She was ignorant in that case.
"The Rose family only has one daughter unless there is a secret daughter that the public doesn’t know."
"Don’t worry, my father is very loyal to my late mother." Hazel smiled sweetly at her. She had to give credit for Greyson’s loyalty in this case. "My father is a little bit harsh on the edges, but he is someone with integrity, because only a great man knows what loyalty is. Ah, even after my mother died years ago, he is still loyal to her. I don’t understand people who cheat on their partner. In my opinion, they are a piece of trash, especially those people who are so willing to be a side chick; they are not even better than poops, don’t you think?"
Aubrey’s face turned darker; she was livid by what Hazel said, but she couldn’t show it on her face.
She felt like Hazel intentionally attacked her, as if she knew. But it was not possible; it must be because she was overthinking the situation, and because of the pregnancy, she became oversensitive.
"So, there is no way I eyed your man," Hazel said softly and then added in a low voice. "My man is better. At least, he has never cheated."
"What do you mean with that?!" Aubrey clenched her fists. She couldn’t get rid of the thought that Hazel knew, but how could that be possible?
"No offense." Hazel raised both of her arms in a defensive gesture. "I mean, Ranon has never been in a rumor with any other women."
