The dungeon trembled again.
A crack split the far wall, and from it oozed a dark, violet mist — thick and choking. Even the Goliath, towering and primal, stumbled back in confusion. Its deep orange eyes flickered with uncertainty.
Ethan felt it in his bones — this wasn’t just dungeon pressure. Something had awakened.
From within the cracked wall, a second creature began to emerge. Hulking, obsidian-colored skin and bone armor laced its thick body. Its face was less beast and more horror — half-human, half-bull, with glowing red eyes that radiated hatred."Another Minotaur... no," Ethan muttered, eyes widening. "A mutant... like the last one... but this one’s more refined. Ethan and Lili could only watch in stunned silence as the two monsters collided — the impact sending dust and shockwaves across the battlefield.
"They’re fighting each other?" Lili whispered.
