“It’s wonderful to see you again, Senior Tenraku.”
“Koneko-Chan, Ravel-Chan, it’s been a while.”
Finally back on campus, Tenraku and the girls were welcomed with the familiar warmth they had missed.
They exchanged greetings with familiar faces, smiling all the while. From battling the Khaos Brigade to the turmoil in the Underworld, followed by Rating Games, it seemed like one event after another had kept Tenraku and Rias’ group away from classes for who knows how long.
People in peaceful times might be troubled by the monotony of everyday life, but only those who have lost it truly understand the preciousness that peace represents. Attending classes, taking breaks, napping, and occasionally passing notes with Akeno; this long-lost feeling made Tenraku nostalgic.
