Chapter 449: Preparing for Gym Battles
Master Victor clearly understands the situation within the psychic user circle better than Terrance.
For an average psychic user, being able to control objects slightly with telekinesis is already considered quite impressive.
As for those who can use Teleport and Telekinesis offensively, there are only a handful of them in the entire psychic community.
“If you want to enhance your mental strength, training psychic power is the only method I can think of. Although, for now, I can only find the most basic meditation method, if a psychic user is willing to teach you, you might be able to make significant progress in a short time,” Master Victor said after some contemplation.
After this, Terrance and Master Victor had a long discussion about Mega Evolution and the situation involving Albus and Fujiki.
Mega Evolution is a matter of great importance. While Terrance and Master Victor did not view Mega Evolution as something extremely dangerous, it is an undeniable fact that Mega Evolution has yet to be recognized in official competitions and has not been publicly introduced to the Trainer community.
“I won’t use Mega Evolution for the time being,” Terrance said, shaking his head. Aside from the fact that Mega Evolution currently can’t be used in front of the public, Terrance also did not want to rely on this until he could handle its side effects.
“Since you’ve returned to Hoenn, you should settle the matters regarding the Gym completely. When you were in Alola, you mentioned modifying the Gym rules—do you have any concrete plan now?” Master Victor asked.
“I’ve got some ideas. Once I organize them, I’ll try submitting an application to the Hoenn League.”
