There was no way to predict Gallade’s next move; the Teleport was like there was no prelude, as if it required no preparation at all. By the time you realized that Gallade used Teleport, its blade-like arm had already swung down, delivering a single, deadly strike.
“This is the fourth time I’ve seen Gallade use Teleport in battle,” Julian muttered. “Each time, it surprises me again. During usual training, it’s hard to tell, but in a real battle, Gallade’s Teleport doesn’t even need to lock onto a target — it seems like it’s become second nature.”
Fast to the extreme.
No other Pokémon, or any move for that matter, could reach the speed of this Teleport.
This was beyond the conventional definition of speed.
