Qi Haoran looked at them and then at the guards behind them. He recalled that he had just received a pigeon letter from Little Bear last night. In the letter, it was clearly said that these two brats had gone to inspect the farmland. Why were they here today?
Qi Haoran glared at them.
After Tiger Head and Little Lion hugged their younger siblings for a while, they happily went over to greet their parents. "Daddy, it’s great that you’re fine. We were shocked when we found out that you were poisoned."
Then, they snuggled up to Mu Yangling. "Mother, we were almost scared to death after hearing that you went missing."
Qi Haoran glared at them and said, "Stop changing the topic. Did you sneak here without anyone knowing?"
Tiger Head and Little Lion nodded proudly. "That’s right. The people in the capital probably still have no idea that we’ve left home."
Qi Haoran glared at them and turned around to look for something to beat them up with. Now, even Mu Yangling was no longer protecting them.
Seeing Qi Haoran pick up a tree branch and stepping forward to beat them up, the two children shouted indignantly as they ran, "Why are they allowed to hide things from us whereas we’re not allowed to hide it from them?"
Tiger Head and Little Lion couldn’t help but tear up when they said this. They shouted, "We’ve all grown up. Why does everyone still hide everything from us?"
