The gas made out of radioactive energy poured out like a high-pressure water cannon.

Sidon was seconds away from swallowing Siegfried whole when he shrieked in agony after inhaling the radioactive fumes.
“Grrk! Ptooey! Ptooey! Kaaak! Ptooey! Bleurghhh!”
He gagged violently, hacked up phlegm laced with radioactive particles, and spat repeatedly in an attempt to remove the foul taste from his mouth.
“That was fucking close,” Siegfried muttered, composing himself after narrowly escaping from the jaws of death.
“Ptooey! Ptooey!”
However, that was about the extent of what Siegfried managed to do. Sidon continued spitting in disgust, but he showed no signs of getting harmed by the radioactive energy.
There were no burns, no visible damage, and most importantly, no indication of radiation poisoning.
The Demon Lord of Gluttony’s resistance to toxins was so high that even the radiation energy of the First Black Dragon, Inkarthus, couldn’t poison him.
“Ptooey! Gross! This tastes awful! Gah! It stings! Kaaak! Ptooey!”
