Considering the future prices of houses in Beijing, she would be worth hundreds of millions in ten or twenty years. Even if she did nothing, she wouldn’t have to worry about food or drink for the rest of her life.
She’d be at peace being He Nan’s wife, looking after He Nan. She didn’t want to be some powerful career woman; she just wanted to be by his side, advancing and retreating together with him.
If she couldn’t end up with He Nan, with those houses, she wouldn’t have to worry about food and clothing. She could do the work she liked, then collect rent every month, travel around, indulge in delicacies from all places, and live a carefree and comfortable life. Anyway, she’d live however made her happy.
He Nan was amused by her quirky thinking, "You sure know how to plan for your future."
Shen Mianmian playfully pouted, "With you here, even if I can’t collect any rent, I won’t starve. So, having too much savings is pointless, as money devalues the fastest."
"You see things very clearly," He Nan praised.
