Wan Dongcheng smoothly took the child from Li Shiping’s arms, continuing her line of thought, "I never said Xiaoyue had any other intentions, as a brother-in-law, could I really hold a grudge against my wife’s younger brother?"
Li Shiping couldn’t let go of the child—Li Yue wouldn’t possibly leave Li Shiping stranded on the road. As long as the child was in his arms, he didn’t have to worry that Li Yue would drive off without them.
"That’s good, I thought you were angry," Seeing that he didn’t throw a fit, Li Shiping breathed a sigh of relief. Her husband really was changing; in the past, he would never take the initiative to help hold the child.

Just then, Li Yue honked the car horn. Li Shiping hurriedly signaled him to get in the car.
