He was familiar with the Arm-bearing Monkey, as two of the four elders in Fruit Mountain were such monkeys.
However, unlike the old monkeys, Yuan Hong looked still formidable and did not reveal his White Monkey’s true form, instead transforming into a human figure.
Sun Wukong was, of course, pleased with Yuan Hong’s direct challenge, he had been worrying about finding an excuse to forcefully suppress these proud and fierce generals.
Sun Wukong laughed and said, "I heard that you fought Yang Jian to a standstill in the past, adept in the 89 Xuangong and various Supernatural Spells. If it weren’t for Yang Jian borrowing Lady Nu Wa’s Map of Mountains and Rivers, who would win or lose would still be unknown."
"Are you afraid, Marshal?" Yuan Hong retorted haughtily.
"Humph!" Sun Wukong glared, "You really don’t know what’s good for you! Unable to distinguish good from bad, let’s go outside and let me show you what I’m capable of!"
With that said, he stood up and headed outside the hall.
Yuan Hong did not say much and followed him.
