In the heavenly realm, those who are qualified to use celestial horses are not weak in strength, and their speed in riding clouds is much faster than that of celestial horses, thus it’s rare for such dignitaries to requisition celestial horses.

These officials in the Imperial Horse Supervisor had grown complacent and comfortable in peacetime; they never expected such a powerful personage to suddenly arrive.
Only when all of them had knelt before him did Sun Wukong put on airs and spoke, "Listen well, you filthy things, Old Sun is the Great Sage Equalling Heaven, Sun Wukong, personally sealed by the Jade Emperor, and also in charge of the main affairs of the Imperial Horse Supervisor, now your grandfather!"
