"Tell me about Rhistel," she demanded.
Damon nodded, gathering himself.
"Rhistel is the keeper of information," he said. "He does not alter it or twist it. He never meddles.
He only observes and records the truth for the world. His family was a follower of witches first. It was recorded that they have saved lives.
Then something happened and the witches killed the royal family. It was a large massacre. Someone claimed that they wanted powers." Olivia nodded, she had heard this story like a folklore but she had never believed it or paid attention to it since it had nothing to do with her.
"Rhistel says, you can find out the truth." he watched her and she gulped.
"How.."
"By connecting to others. He believes there were many hidden witches." she scowled at once, abhorred. And scared. What if he knew she had met them in the woods and tested her. What if they had a different plan. She might have loved him, but she did not trust him anymore.
"There is nothing to be scared of, Olivia." Damon looked up at her, his eyes steady, as if he didn’t want to hide anymore.
"If you accepted," he continued, "he wanted to observe you. Record your powers, your growth and In exchange, he offered help."
Olivia’s hands clenched at her sides. "Help?" she asked warily.
