"My lady, would you like a cup of tea or shall I draw a bath for you?" The maid smiled sweetly as she looked at Olivia as if they were friends from the start.
Daisy standing in the corner snorted looking at sarah. The girl had looked away to ignore them just yesterday yet she was bending too low now.
"There is no need. I can make my tea and draw my bath." Sarah flinched. "You do not need to concern yourself with me as long as the kids will be taken care of." Sarah bit her lips but nodded.
She walked toward Leo and Abi.
"Young master, you must be tired after working so hard in the training ground. Should I make you some coconut milk with pineapple pieces? " Sarah smiled again but Leo ignored her. He kept writing in the file. Abi raised her head when the maid was getting anxious.
"You have ignored us for a long time, why are you here now? What if we relied on you and you left again?" she frowned. "So it’s better to leave now." Abi said in a dismissive voice making Sarah panic.
She was assigned as their maid when the duke died. If lord wanted to confirm, it would only take one word from the housekeeper and she would be blamed. She pressed her fingers tightly.
"My lord, I was wrong. Please forgive me. I want to take good care of you." Leo finally let go of his book and stared at her.
