Chapter 316: A Family!
Strange! It feels strange to press the bell of his own house for the first time. Ava had never lived here and no one was ever close to Alric that he could bring them home.
Once, Amyra had visited in his absence. And he had changed all the furniture and decoration after that with the password. And added his fingerprint.
He would end her fingerprint today!
"Sir! The madam went to the market. But when she returned, she could not enter the house because of the lock." The guard came running when he noticed Alric. But he paused when Alric smiled. It was a rare sight to behold.
"She told me to inform her as soon as you return. Shall I call her now?" Alric frowned. His fingers moved away from the bell.
"No need, I will call her." the guard nodded and when Alric opened the door, he brought out all the groceries from his room.
Alric stared at the fresh fruits and vegetables strangely. There was a large kitchen in his house but it was rarely used.
"Nora.."
"I will be there in ten minutes." he wanted to tell her that he would come. But she cut the call before that.
Alric shook his head and picked up the groceries.
"Sir!" The guard was stunned. "Shall I put it in the kitchen?"
