Chapter 236: Only For Money!
"Yes, that is correct. Well done, Nora Stone." Today there were three teachers in the class. Asking the questions to every student simultaneously while they wrote a long article on the development of the economy of their country and how it impacts the world.
The question was the same, yet the answer was completely different for every present student. The teachers’ continuous questions disturbed their thinking process and created an immense burden on their shoulders, especially when they gave the wrong answer or someone else gave the right answer.
In their case, it was Nora Stone. Many looked at her with marvel or glared at her. Even if a difficult question of university level is asked, she would answer it patiently and smoothly. The calmness in her voice made others believe she was either cheating or her age was false.
She was a university student in disguise. Nora could feel their gazes, but she did not react to their provocations. They were not wrong! She had graduated in the past and it had helped her in clearing these exams.
"That is right again, Nora stone got ten more points while Ethan lost twenty points." Ethan closed his eyes and sighed. He had already lost enough points to be eliminated soon.
Amyra sat in the crowd with the teachers. Many knew her here since she had studied in this university.
"I must say, I am impressed with this young girl. If nurtured well, she could be a scientist or better, she could be a scholar and scientist both. Would it not create a history?" Amyra cared a damn about it. She would not even blink even if Nora became the prime minister of this country or her country as long as she was away from Alric.
But last night.. When she went to find Alric near the pool, she had seen them sitting beside each other and looking into each other’s eyes intimately. She had broken the rest of the furniture in her room and changed the room this morning. But she could not even blink her eyes. The moment she did that, she saw Nora smiling sweetly at Alric when he leaned to kiss her. No! She would not let that happen! She would not let a greedy girl like Nora covet what belongs to hers.
Amyra took a step back and only watched as Nora shone on the stage. The glittering lights around her and her dazzling smile. She stood up and left the room silently.
