"I will think about it." Though tempted, Jamie could see that Mrs Sophia would offer more if he hesitated. The woman gritted her teeth, noticing the greed in his eyes.
"Ha! You, young man! I will send you to the police bureau if my daughter suffers because of you. Do not reject kindness only to receive a slap." She warned him but he only smiled and did not react.
"I will call your father, Jamie. Think about it. She would complain and I would support them. You are bound to suffer." Jamie took a deep breath and nodded.
"Fine! But I want at least ten percent credit and I will not do the due projects too." he bargained looking straight into her eyes. Her eyes narrowed, her face went ugly but she only held the chair tightly.
She did not dare to take risks when her daughter’s future was on the line. She nodded softly.
"Fine! I will do that. Now return to your class and spread the story. If you did not handle the matter well, you would suffer with the hands of all the teachers." the boy only smirked as he nodded.
With a thrilled look on his face, he left the office.
Mr Kai looked at Mrs Sophia Stone patiently. The woman uttered something under her breath before taking out papers. Her eyes narrowed with venom in them,
"Good! You are a great motivation for your students. No wonder that the student asks for a bribe to do what is right." She waited for him to feel insulted but the man only smiled and did not reply.
