Chapter 143: Lost!
"This is why it is clean!" Penny shouted with a cold glare. She could not believe that no one had come forward to help her. Tears filled her eyes and started to cover her whole face. She looked pitiful and scared.
"Oh really.." Nora tilted her head to look at penny. As if she could not feel pain in her arms. As if his hold was nothing for her. She stood there with a charming but cold smile on her face.
"Then do it again!" She was provoked. "It should not be so difficult. Should it be?"
"....." silence fell. They all stared at Penny with disbelief. Only now did they remember that Noa had told them the flush was not working and requested Penny to not use this washroom. But Penny was adamant to go inside.
"Is the flush really not working?" asked someone from the crowd, finally understanding what Nora wanted to show all of them.
But if that was the case, what was Penny doing inside for an hour? Why was she hiding there?
All of them looked at Penny in confusion.
"That... i.. You.."Penny understood it too. She was so anxious before that she did not check the flush. She did not realize that she was falling for Nora’s trap.
"You do not dare to!" Nora laughed. "Then let me." she stared at Ethan who was holding her so tightly, "or your lover would not let me go to hide the truth." Her words earned another gasp from the group.
