Chapter 126: I Am Your Friend
"Michael.. You have been so passionate that night and now you are treating me so coldly. I thought that we could have a future together." She sniffled between her words. "My body still aches remembering your touch." the man gritted from the other side. As if he wanted to enter on the phone and wanted to slap her on the other side.
"Tsk! Do not take me as a fool. If i will have sex with you again, you would record it and blackmail me. I have paid you enough. Do not call me again." he wanted to cut this call. No, he wanted to burn the mobile and change his number so that she could never call him again.
"Ah! Is that so?" the voice changed at once making him frown. "I have thought that I need to work hard to find something to blackmail you. But since you have accepted. How about we discuss the details of our deal to keep me silent too?"
"See, I knew that you would. Wait.. Who are you and what the hell are you talking about?" The man finally realized that he was fooled. He had felt that the voice did not match earlier but then he had met that woman only once. And was not so sure about her voice or her number.
"I am no one. You do not want another secret do you?" she snorted, making him furious. "All you need to know is that I know what you have done in that hotel. And I have recorded our conversation on my phone."
"Ha! The government did not take recordings as proof." the man laughed but he had an ominous feeling in his heart.
"True! They would not accept it. But your wife would." The call went silent at once. She could hear the sound of gritting teeth.
"What do you want?" the voice came through gritted teeth.
"I want you to do your task fairly." The man frowned, not understanding what she meant.
