Chapter 88: He Did Not Let Her Hands Go
"..." Victor had a strange expression after hearing her caring words. He was worried that she was treating him like a child. "There are shops nearby. I will bring water for you." she pointed at the shops before leaving because he was still dizzy.
Victor sighed when she left. He had convinced her to take many rides with her. But for holding her hand, he had to behave like a scared child and now she was truly treating him like a child. What if her feelings never develop for him because of that? Since it was the first time he was interested in a girl, he did not want to screw things.
He hastily looked around. Should he treat her to a feast? Or should he buy her something pretty? He was still looking when his eyes fell on a small shop and his eyes lit up.
"I have finally found a better thing!" he rubbed his hands.
"Here, drink this slowly." She had brought a juice bottle for him. "You can not eat or you will be nauseated."
After screaming and acting weak, he was indeed thirsty. He drank a mouthful and then pointed at the shops nearby.
"Are we going there?"
"I think it is already late. We should leave." but he did not hear her. He stood up and walked toward the shop. Nora looked at him with a complicated look before following him.
"Which one would you like?" They were standing in front of a small stall. There were balloons covering the opposite wall of the whole staff and there were many soft toys on the display. Each showing a number.
