I raised an eyebrow. "Are we winning hearts with threats now? That’s new."

Álvaro’s face scrunched up dangerously. "Stay out of my way."

I tilted my head mockingly. "Why? Afraid I’ll do a better job than you?"

His jaw clenched. "I said..."
