Olivia turned when she felt the burning gaze of someone on her. Her eyes immediately met with that of Diana’s, who quickly averted her gaze.
She swallowed. She just couldn’t help but get mad at her, but was she really mad? Rather, it felt like a numb sensation in her heart.
Right now, she also needed to train to get physically stronger and better at using her sword.
"Now, we don’t have time to rest. Get into formation," Stefan’s cold voice snapped them out of their thoughts.
They all stood in a straight line, chests slightly out and their heads tilted up. Their hands rested beside them.
"We are going to do high-strength resistance training today, and I will also teach you how to use your sword and have better control over your system."
Olivia let out a sigh of relief she hadn’t realized she had been holding when she heard the schedule for the day.
"Now get back to work," Stefan shouted at the top of his lungs. Immediately, they ran towards where the metal they had to carry was lying.
They quickly lifted it onto their backs with the help of the ropes knotted around it.
Olivia glanced at Lucian, whose face was still expressionless. She wondered if everything was alright, but remembering the duality he had been exhibiting lately, she doubted everything was fine.
She groaned from the weight of the metal on her back, feeling its cold chill radiating into her body.
