Chapter 119: Touched? Yes!
After a number of ’Huh?’s and ’What?’s, Vernon finally understood what Helena was saying, while Helena did not understand a thing.
On the contrary, she only became more confused by his words.
Vernon sighed. He had no choice but to explain clearly to her, "Actually, I had a dream."
"Dream? Like the one you got about Brother Merlin?" Helena stiffened when she heard the word ’dream’.
Since Helena already had an idea of his ’dreams’ and their ’powers’, Vernon decided to use it to explain to her.
He nodded in response to her question, "Yes."
Helena was silent for a second before she processed his words and then asked him, "You dreamt of Sister Jemma’s sister? That she would get kidnapped?
"No! That doesn’t seem right. You talked about her being at the party, right? So, you dreamt of her getting kidnapped at our party last night?"
Vernon shook his head.
"No? You did not dream of her getting kidnapped or you did not dream about her getting kidnapped at the party? What no?" She asked.
"I did not dream about her at all," Vernon said.
