Chapter 70: Crazy man? Yes!
"If not? Did you think this belonged to your mansion’s bathroom?" The man continued to scold him sarcastically.
"..." Merlin was stunned for the umpteenth time today. He couldn’t understand where all these weirdos entered his life the same day from. Anyway, he couldn’t take that man’s scolding any longer and talked back, "You wish. Do you really think that you are allowed to enter my mansion? Even my plumber who works in my bathroom is a thousand times better than you."
After scolding him, Merlin immediately hung up on the call.
Why would he want to banter with a random stranger for no reason. Now that he talked back to whatever that man had said, he was satisfied. He doesn’t want to continue the conversation with him.
Anyway, he was sure his assistant would bring him the details of the person who called him. So, he had no reason to continue dealing with that crazy man number two.
He heard his phone ring and he answered it without even looking at it in frustration.
"You! How dare you! Why am I not worthy of entering your bathroom? What even is so great about your bathroom, huh?" The man went off before Merlin could even realize what was happening.
"Huh?" Merlin was confused. Did his phone enter some parallel universe where it could talk to no one else but this specific phone only?
Otherwise why would this happen?
He took his phone away from his ear and checked the number. It really belonged to that phone booth.
"Dude, you just scolded me because you couldn’t earn money because of my call. Now you are using your own money to call me just to scold me?" Merlin really did not understand what was going on in this man’s head.
