"Woah! I mean... Wow!!!! That’s amazing. That is the best news I have heard in a long time. Thank you, Faye. Thank you so much. You are the best. Muah." In her excitement, Helena even hugged Faye and also planted a couple of kisses on her cheek.
From how her eyes shone and how she was jumping in her spot, one could see how excited she was by the news.
"Eww!! What are you doing? Get off me. Disgusting~" Faye pushed Helena away and started to rub her cheek roughly to get rid of Helena’s lipstick.
Just a second ago, she said that she hated this woman and now she was covered in lip prints of the same woman. How could she not be disgusted?
But Helena did not care at all. She grinned, seemingly too happy to care.
She held both of Faye’s shoulders and asked again to be sure, "You are telling me the truth, right? You really are dating Leon? I won’t let you off if you lie to me."
Faye pouted and pushed her hands away, "What do I get by lying to you? I really am dating Leon. So stay far away from him. Do you understand? Or I won’t let you off."
"Sure. Sure. I will stay as far away from him as possible. You should also keep him as far away from me as possible. You should love him to death, okay? He should be smothered in your love. He shouldn’t have the time to turn his head away from you. That’s how much you should love Leon."
"Huh?" Faye was in a daze for a second before she scoffed and took a step away from Helena. She looked at her like she had gone crazy and shouted at her, "Why do you care? You seem to care more about Leon than Vernon. Why do you care if Leon is loved by me or not? You should be busy loving Vernon instead. Are you trying to cheat on Vernon with Leon? Let me tell you, I won’t let you do it. If you hurt Vernon, I won’t let you off."
"Why would I hurt Vernon? Also, why would I cheat on Vernon with Leon? Did you look at Vernon and Leon? When I have Vernon as my husband, will I even look at Leon? Do you think I am blind?" Helena asked in disgust.
She couldn’t help it. The disgust she felt for the ’creepy’ Leon was absorbed so deep into her bones that the mere mention of him would show her disgust on her face.
