Vincent once again blinked his eyes. He seemed to slowly understand what his brother was saying, but for a second, he did not know how to react.
"Vernon, have you gone crazy?" Vincent asked.
"Huh?"
"You idiot. Of course, you wouldn’t understand everything Helena thinks immediately. Yes, it is bad that you did not realize that was how Helena was. She always drew a line with others, not crossing it no matter what. As her husband, it is now your duty to slowly enter that line. You should make sure that there shouldn’t be any such line between you and her.
"You both should be inside that line, and everyone else should be on the other side of that line. But that wouldn’t happen in a single day. You have been married for how many days, huh? You got married just yesterday. How do you expect that line to vanish in a single day?
"Not just you. Any new couple needs some adjustment time. It wouldn’t happen in a single day. It is not magic. Some might need a few days, a few weeks, a few months or some might even need a few years to erase that invisible line between the couple.
"But you have to try to erase the line. As her husband, that should be your duty. Not just yours. Even a wife had to work hard to get to understand her husband and get to know him enough to stand beside him.
"I just talked to Helena a couple of minutes ago. From her words, I could very well see that she was trying.
"She wanted to know what was worrying you. She wanted what was good for you. She was thinking about your feelings before her own feelings. She is a very good wife to you. I can see that very clearly.
