"Hii. Did you miss me, aunty?" Dove said in her cheerful tone. "How have you been?" She asked with a smile.
Cara looked at her in shock, who had gone away but just came back out of nowhere. And why did she have this feeling that she has come here with something bad going on in her mind.
Well, if Dove were to hear this, she would just readily agree, but she did come here with nothing good to do with them in her mind.
"W- what are you doing here?" Cara asked, her voice deadpanned. Dove dramatically blinked before she innocently said, "Oh why
I heard you all talk about me earlier. So I came to say hii. I thought you all missed me a little too much, to just not stop talking about me. It would be rude if I didn’t isn’t it?"
She then turned towards the other women at the table, who were equally flabbergasted, if not more. And Dove said to them with a little wave of her hand, "Hii, beautiful old ladies. How are you all doing? It has been quite some while that I have seen all of you. You all are glowing, I see. Been happy recently? Or is it some expensive procedures?"
Dove threw a few comments ruthlessly towards them all. She was going to take her revenge with interest. She maybe letting the bygones be bygones for the past. But now if anyone crossed her limits and offended her, then they better be ready with all they have.
And hearing Dove’s comments, all of their faces turned black and they looked at Dove with blackened faces. One of the women, couldn’t help but speak, "Dove, it has been a long time. And I see that Cara was right. You really don’t know how to talk to your elders, do you?"
But all Dove did was go blink innocently and she asked, "Huh? But what did I do, aunty? Or are you upset by the fact that I called you all old? But where am I wrong?
Aren’t all of your kids already married or at marriagable age. And I am younger than most of your sons and daughters. And I already have a son. So you all would be a granny by default.
Tell me aunties, you all must be around sixty years, right? All of you must have had your menopause quite a lot of years ago."
