And at this Dove’s eyes widened as she looked at Gavi, making sure, he did not hear anything. And thankfully he was busy eating. And then at Dante, who was still attending the call and said at once in a hushed tone, "Stop it, Lisa."
Lisa giggled before shaking her head and said, "I was just joking, darling. Hihi. But I hope this bodyguard of yours turns out to a good man."
Dove chewed on the food before nodding her head, "Hm. I hope so too." Because, him being around her in order to protect her, doesn’t only involve herself but also her son.
And then Dante came back.
After a while, "Cheers!" The four people there clinked their glasses of juices together, cheering.
They did not consume any kind of alcohol, as there was a little kid with them and secondly, it was still office hours. Dove still had to go work after the lunch and Lisa had to drive back to her agency after this.
"This is for celebrating my dear Dovey’s promotion to being the CEO! Yayyy~" Losa cheered happily, and Gavi also cheered with her, "Yaayyyy~ Momma congratulations!!!" He clapped his hand before Lisa and Gavi gulped down the big gulps of juice.
Meanwhile, Dante and Dove smiled at them and took the sips. Lisa finished her glass before she turned at Dove and looked at Dove with puppy eyes and said, "My Dear Dovey, now that you are the CEO, you won’t forget the promise you made to me, would you?"
