Gavriel at that blinked his eyes innocently sgd shrugged, "But mamma! I never said I sound do that? Why would I? It was just a hypo- the-tical question!" He dragged the word, as it was a new word he had recently learnt.
And Gavriel blinked his eyes innocently. Well, if it were someone else, then maybe Gavi would... But this is his dear, dear, great grandpa! He would never!
Doved look at her son with a small frown when they all heard Senior Sterling start laughing. Dante and Dove both turned to looked at Senior Sterling who laughed and he put an arm around Little Gavriel bringing him closer and said, "Stop scolding my little grandson, Dove. He would never do something like that with it. Maybe with others but never with me."
Hearing this, Gavi turned towards Senior Sterling with a bright smile on his face, ahd he winked at him. Well, he did try to wink, but in the process closed both his eyes, and said, "Great Grandpa is the best! He understands Gavi the most!"
"Yes! Yes!" And Senior Sterling happily nodded.
Dove smiled at them, mildly shaking her head. Senior Sterling’s then eyes fell on Dante who was looking at Gavriel who just said something to his mother and was laughing at his own joke, and the old man’s eyes softened a little.
Little Gavriel’s words and energy made him reminded of when Dante was a little boy.
He then turned towards Dove and asked, "Dove, is everything ready? Are you ready?"
Dove nodded her head and said, "Yes, grandpa, I am."
He then turned to look at Dante, who was smiling looking at Gavriel and Dove and cleared his throat saying, "Bodyguard Dante, how about you?"
Dante who was still in his dreamy land, blinked his eyes, clearly not used to his new job or position, "Huh?" But soon he remembered and realised before standing at an attention position and, exclaimed, "Reporting on duty, sir!"
