It would be an exaggeration to say that it was like looking at the Suez Canal, but the scenery of the wooden ships was solemn.
The entire port of Carthage was filled with warships, there’s too much to gain here in Carthage.
It would cost a fortune to build a new fleet of that size.
Not just money, but time as well.
