Reana’s eyes widened, her face pale except for two burning spots of color. Ryder was forcing her to choose him, no matter the outcome of the contest.
If she decided to adhere to her principles, there was no guarantee that Ryder wouldn’t kill whoever won the competition, just to have her, since he wasn’t remorseful for killing Hale.
And Reana didn’t want any more killings of her pack members.
Also, if she claimed she belonged to him, what if in the future, he used it against her?
Reana’s heart raced, she felt like she was betraying her pack’s trust, yet Ryder was unyielding. He didn’t seem to care about her dilemma. "You knew what we were getting into, Ryder. Why are you forcing me to choose you now? It’s cheating."
"Am I forcing you, Reana?" His eyes narrowed, lips brushing ever so slightly against her, sending a jolt of electricity coursing through her.
"You’re doing so right now. You’re using what I crave against me. Why don’t you fight for what you want? You can win the competition if you so desire to be with me. You don’t have to go through the back door." She frowned.
Ryder’s lower body pressed against her core, the hardness soliciting a moan from her. She wanted to press his waist down on her, slide that dick inside her, but her hands were trapped and Ryder had no intention of letting her have her way.
