Chapter 393
Sophia was quite carefree she actually fell asleep after her mumbling.
Upon seeing her asleep, the others stared at her warily. "Is this woman an escaped murderer?"
"Just look at how she moved so effortlessly earlier. You guys better not provoke her!"
Sophia’s earlier act was indeed rather intimidating. No one dared to approach her for the time being.
However, there were still some who were more daring. "The suitcase she’s carrying seems pretty heavy-probably over a hundred pounds. Surely, it can’t all be money inside, right? Aren’t we all just fugitives trying to escape with our cash?"
"Let’s have a look." Some of them were too bold to heed the warning and started eyeing Sophia’s suitcase.
Dexter sat beside her and rested his head on her shoulders, watching those fools.
Sophia’s reflexes were far beyond theirs. She had probably heard them from the moment they started talking.
Dexter propped up his chin and watched those people.
They weren’t aware of how terrifying Sophia was when she was at her peak. He felt a chill just thinking about it even now.
The reason Dexter had been reluctant for her to regain all her memories wasn’t because he didn’t want to-it was because he was afraid.
