"That’s what their discussion is about," Uncle Darien replied. "They want to categorize these beasts as rank 4, but they’re not impossible to defeat by using hot weapons yet. So After some consideration, they’re still rank 3. But there are several degrees in the rank 3. Those with more powerful strength will considered upper rank 3 while those with relatively weaker strength will be considered lower rank 3."
Old Master Daniels nodded.
