"It’s really changing," Anna murmured in a low voice. Looking at the two people who came out from the supermarket and how much they tried their best to protect their things, it was clear that they didn’t feel safe. Even if the regulation on the base was to make them feel safe, but many people were still living uncomfortably.

Outside this base, stealing was common. As long as one person showed that they had resources, it was inevitable that other people would target them.

So when they have resources in their hand, they were wary of others approaching them.

"Things will get better," Dylan said.
