Dylan and Anna’s side
Dylan looked at the phone in his hand, thinking about the news that Mark sent not long ago. It has been nearly three hours yet Mark hadn’t come back yet.
That man said that they will return in two hours in estimation based on the journey.
Even if they were somewhat delayed because it was dark, they wouldn’t be delayed for so long, would they?
Dylan frowned.
"Meow?" Kitty saw Dylan was sitting dazedly. He tugged the man’s trouser, trying to attract the man’s attention.
"I’m fine, Kitty." Dylan patted Kitty’s head and then looked at Anna.
For the past three hours or so, the two of them were cleaning their respective bedroom. Anna has already cleaned up everything and prepared the backpack and also boxes that she will bring if they were about to go.
There was also the ration from the kitchen that they put in the boxes, ready to be taken away.
"Mark and Lucy is not back yet?" Anna suddenly asked with a frown when she came to Dylan’s side.
She guessed that Lucy didn’t bring her phone when there was no message from Lucy at all. This girl is surprisingly stupid at times and could even forget such an important thing.
