Chapter 7. Stocking Up
Coming out of the apartment, Anna found that she was not alone. In the small supermarket not far from the apartment, many other people were rushing out to buy supplies after they heard the announcement.
It was quite rare that there would be a storm this big, but it's not like it had never happened before. Those of the older generation even advised the youngsters to buy more because sometimes, it might last a bit longer than what they said.
Thankfully, the incident this time was not hurricane where they would need to be evacuated.
It was just heavy rainstorm.
Anna looked at the stack of food and silently recalled the tons of food inside her space...
It seemed that her little act of revenge was getting convenient for her.
But then again, she should still buy some for the sake of appearance and not to stand out among the others.
Of course, what Anna filled aside from the rice and flour were her favorite snacks. A lot of expensive chocolates, candies, and the likes.
"Young people now, only thinking about snacks." The aunt behind Anna shook her head.
