Chapter 220: It Will Help With Your Sleep
Leo watched as Helena, Ashley, and Elenora materialized as the human empress looked at him with a big smile but didn’t say anything. The brunette was the first to speak as she stepped closer. ’’Congratulations, handsome. Roxy is carrying your child, we just found out after she kept being sick.’’
’’Huh?’’ he responded when hearing her words. ’’She’s pregnant?’’
Roxy sat, tended by Bella and Luna, her striking green eyes soon locking onto his. A wide smile spread across her face. ’’I didn’t see that coming, babe, but it makes me so happy,’’ she said warmly.
Leo slipped toward Roxy with soft steps, his arms parting as he drew her into a tender embrace. She melted against him, tension easing from her frame, a radiant smile spreading across her face as her green eyes gleamed with delight.
’’This is just what I needed,’’ she murmured, nestling closer, her happiness radiating in the warmth of his embrace. ’’I can’t believe I’m having your baby, after all these years being together, and I got what I’ve always dreamed of.’’
Just as Leo opened his mouth to reply, an evil and deadly aura crashed over them, chilling the air. The house erupted in an explosion, splinters and debris raining down. Light and Dark lay unconscious while the last two Evil Gods loomed ahead, their smug grins taunting.
Rage ignited within him, his aura flaring like a supernova, shaking the ground beneath him. He reached out, not to consume but to channel the essence of the goddesses’ power, their spirits lending him strength in a sacred pact.
One by one, the girls’ forms shimmered and faded, their energy merging with his in a radiant surge. His power roared to unimaginable heights, his red eyes blazing with divine fury as he faced the gods, ready to end their reign.
Leo roared as he slammed into Zorath with earth-shaking force. His fists flew in a relentless storm, each strike a thunderclap that cracked the god’s obsidian armor. The first Evil God staggered, his smirk faltering as his blows drove him to his knees.
The second God snarled and swung a fist wreathed in shadow, aiming to crush his skull. But he leaned back as the punch grazed his shoulder. Seizing the opening, he surged toward the enemy, his hand glowing with mana.
