Leo and Ashley continued eating the delicious food she cooked while chatting about everything that had happened during their escape from the Duskwood Empire and journey to the Demon lands.
He found out that Helena and Faelina had been helping her train her geomancer powers, allowing her to summon golems to help in battle. ’Seems like they’re taking everything seriously,’ he mused.
The blonde turned to him, eyes filled with hope as she asked, ’’Would you mind picking up some Geomancer books for me when you’ve got the chance? I’ve run out of study material, and it’s setting me back compared to everyone else.’’
He raised an eyebrow but offered a charming smile. ’’Of course. I’ll ask Astra and Veladra to bring some from the capital,’’ he replied.
’I’m sure the demons have something that could help,’ he mused. ’Astra does have a massive library, after all.’
Following that, Ashley beamed before rushing around the table and hugging him tightly while thanking him with an excited expression, which made him smile. ’’Thank you, handsome. You never let me down.’’
Leo chuckled but pinched her fat ass, which caused the older woman to let out a yelp as her blue eyes gleamed with lust as she teased. ’’Seems like you haven’t forgotten about this old woman after all.’’
’’Of course not,’’ he replied with a knowing smirk. ’’How can I forget about the only adult who helped me when I had no one?’’
When Ashley heard this, a frown appeared as she grabbed his hand. ’’That stuff had come back again? What happened?’’
Leo avoided eye contact with the older woman but answered with a sigh. ’’I ran into an Einsam who took the form of my grandfather, which brought back the memories.’’
She looked confused and asked in a curious tone, ’’Is that a monster?’’
