Chapter 102: Astra Hellfire
When Leo’s Supernova Punch connected with the Demon Assassin’s chest, a loud clap like thunder rang out. The enemy was sent flying into the air once again, causing him to follow behind.
As he trailed after it he started spamming fully charged Fireballs that sliced through the afternoon sky and erupted on contact. Explosions rang out over the capital just as Leo closed in and hit the Demon with California Smash.
The attack sent the enemy flying across the sky until crashing into a mountain outside the city. Leo followed behind while casting spells at the overwhelmed enemy before arriving in front of the assassin.
Leo watched as the demon struggled to rise, bloodied and missing an arm. Without hesitation, he surged forward, his fist crashing into the demon’s skull with brutal force. The impact was so intense that the skull exploded, sending chunks of meat flying everywhere.
Adrenaline surged through him, each moment heightening his senses. As the battle’s aftermath settled, Leo realized he had leveled up so many times in that instant that he had lost count.
He shook his head as the dust settled on the mountain as the Demon’s blood stained the ground. Seconds later, a laugh rang out, causing him to turn around, only to see a beautiful woman standing there.
’Who is this beauty?’ Leo thought before commenting. ’’Are you just going to stand there staring at me?’’
The stranger giggled softly, her voice laced with intrigue. ’’So the rumors are true,’’ she said, a hint of amusement in her tone. ’’You’re the Founder, reborn. Good, I look forward to meeting you in person. There are many things we need to discuss.’’
Leo chuckled at her words, a sense of admiration creeping into his gaze. She had long white hair tied into a ponytail and the most captivating red eyes that seemed to carry the weight of a lifetime’s worth of stories.
