"You sneaky bastard," Eren snarled, wiping blood from his lip.
"Everything’s fair in love and war... my love," I smirked.
Aurelia rolled her eyes. I glanced her way.
"You good? Can you keep up?"
She smirked.
"Better than ever."
"Good. Then let’s beat their royal asses. You take on the big boo—I mean, big figure of her kingdom. I’ll handle her smug brother."
"You’ve really changed."
I blinked. "What?"
Before I could ask, she charged. So did I.
My Shadow Sword clashed with Eren’s blade, and damn, the guy hit like a freight train. Pain surged through my arms as he countered. But I smiled.
