Chapter 82: A Long Night
Tony walked into the room carrying her. Marcella covered her mouth and giggled as he tiptoed around the baby as they reached the bed.
"Birdie," he hissed brushing aside the fringes on her forehead.
She hummed.
"Birdie... my little bird..." He kissed her.
Marcella closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around him. Lying on the bed as they kissed certainly felt different than the previous kisses they shared. She was more relaxed and felt light as a feather. As the kiss intensified, she sank her fingertips into his back.
Tony let go of her lips and let her breathe. She still couldn’t keep her hands off him. She couldn’t even take her eyes off him. He had a mesmerizing scent on him. Mixed with the scent of his cologne was his scent. He hasn’t taken a shower yet.
"Birdie?" she asked. "Why Birdie?"
He shrugged.
"You’re not going to tell me?"
She slipped her hands inside his shirt. She closed her eyes for courage. She was being proactive according to her at least. But she couldn’t stop herself. She still feels hot remembering how he touched her to his content on the couch last night. If he can touch her wherever he wants because he is her husband, doesn’t she have the same right?
"No," Tony groaned in her ear. She turned her head as his warm breath made her earlobes hot. She could imagine his intense glance on her. The room was dark and she was closing her eyes and all was fine for her to cross boundaries.
He is her husband. She has every right on him. She told herself that.
